Good to Know

Do you work with school, church and nonprofit budgets?+

Yes. Tell us your total budget and we will design to it, showing what is possible at a few different levels.

Can you accept a purchase order or district invoicing?+

We work with POs and district or organization invoicing regularly.

How quickly can you set up in a gym, cafeteria or church hall?+

Most school and community installations are completed in a two to four hour window; larger transformations may need access the evening before.

Can you match our school colors or event theme?+

Absolutely. We build custom palettes from your colors, mascot, theme or inspiration photos.

Do you provide certificates of insurance?+

Yes. We provide certificates of insurance naming your venue or organization, usually within one business day.

Do you decorate outdoor community events?+

Yes, with weather-appropriate materials and anchoring designed for outdoor conditions.

What if our event date changes?+

We will move your deposit to a new date as long as we are available. If we are booked, the retainer can typically be applied to a future event within 12 months.
